Invitation for Sunday's programme at Basheerbagh press club

FREE DISTRIBUTION OF 6000 PAIRS OF SCHOOL SHOES

TO

ORPHANAGES & GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS

 

Prajahitha & Indian Telugu Civil Servants Association (ITCSA) in association with Dr. Rambabu, La ex. are distributing 6000 PAIRS OF SCHOOL SHOES FREE OF COST TO ORPHANAGES & GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS in Andhra Pradesh. The programme of shoe distribution will commence on 19 May 2013(Sunday) at 6 PM in Basheerbagh Press Club. Smt. B. Udaya Laxmi, IAS, Commissioner for Social Welfare ; Shri G.V.Krishna Rao IRS,Commissioner of Customs and Excise,Hyderabad ; Shri. R.S. Praveen Kumar IPS, Secretary for Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (APSWREIS) ; Dr. K. Srikar Reddy IFS, Regional Pass Port officer, Hyderabad have consented to participate in the programme and to distribute the shoe to the children of Laalana Welfare Organisation, to mark the commencement of programme. Along with the above mentioned, many officers from state and Central services will also participate in the programme.

 

 All the heads of ORPHANAGES & GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS in Andhra Pradesh are requested to send their total no. of requirement of shoe i.e. Age, Gender, Shoe Size, Colour of Shoe etc. on their letter head to the following email addresses Itcsa2006@gmail.com    or     info@prajahitha.org . Shoe distribution will be done only after verifying the credentials of the organization and priority will be given to orphanages and Government schools in Tribal/Rural areas. Request received upto 30^th june 2013 will only be considered.
